Batman Thrill Spectacular
Jason
Florence, the Entertainment Director, had worked with me previously
about 8 years ago, when he was a performer in one of the shows
I was stage managing. The Batman Thrill Spectacular had been subcontracted
to The Totally Fun Company. There
were some problems.
Jason asked me to come in and put the show back on track. A position
was created for me. I took over as a Production coordinator and
Production Stage Manager. I implemented time calls, took staff
scheduling, and developed a relationship between the park maintenance.
Staff moral and safety were greatly improved.
